Previous News Headlines and BF2 tips / guides / links April 22, 2006 UPDATE! Finally...well here's the scoop on what's been happening and the reasons why this site has been dormant. I've been finished school which meant tons of work and studying. Well that has just finished! That means I will be able to play Battlefield 2 again on a regular basis. The site will also get back on track with semi-daily updates. I promise that. I do not have the Xbox 360 yet, however I know the BF MC will force me into it! Battlefield rules and I'm dedicated to providing you the best info, links, and resources for winning at Battlefield. We all play the game to win right? Yes we all play to win. Cheers! Throw a smoke grenade down to bring the enemy out to investigate. Jump on them when they do! December 17, 2005 tip of the day: Smoke grenade is perfect to conceal your squad mates as they attempt to get past lethal choke points covered by enemy snipers and support soldiers. December 16, 2005 tip of the day: When firing bolt-action sniper rifles like the m24 and m95, hold down the left mouse button after firing to keep peering through the scope. If not, the bolt will retract and a new round will load, which usually causes you to lose sight of your target. You may be surprised what you read. It's just better to know what's out there so you can identify the cheaters! I'm a huge fan of Strike at Karkland. Lots of gun fights and no aerial assaults (aside from raining shells) and a creepy dirty look and feel. Check out this nice article here from pc.gamespy.com which gives an in depth look at this level. July 30, 2005

I just recently picked one up and I'm darn happy with the purchase. Check out an overclockersclub.com review here. Another good review at hothardware.com is here. Buy it if you don't have the cash for a new video card to play Battlefield 2. July 18, 2005 Tip of the day: If you're learning to fly a helicopter, do yourself a favour and learn to fly a transport helicopter instead of an attack helicopter. The transport is much less touchy on controls and allows you to make a mistake and not end up as a crash victim. Also, it's a good idea to pick a map that's big so that you aren't constantly flying out of the area. If you do, you'll be brought down! Remember, if you suck don't fly in a team game. From my playing so far, shooting an enemy in the back as he was climbing a ladder was tops for me. Perhaps it was the medal I got for doing it that makes me so proud.
